Marketing Manager

Looking for someone who is very self-motivated and versatile and gets the job done. Having a passion and strong understanding of our industrial equipment industry and our business’ mission is key. Looking for an amazing data-driven inbound marketer to be in charge of attracting site traffic, converting that traffic into new leads for the business. Excellent organizational skills to work independently and manage projects with many moving parts would be perfect. Collaborate with sales professionals, management, external influencers, and industry experts to produce relevant content for our online presence and printed works through email and the company’s social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and additional channels that may be deemed relevant. Ability to write business cases, press releases and various types of articles on a wide range of products for publishing is needed. Ability to travel to trade shows and represent us and our vision. Track, measure, and analyze all initiatives to report on social media ROI.

Required Skills (Must Have)

Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science or equivalent experience. Past experience in marketing preferred. Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use data to inform all decisions. Must and have great customer relations attitude and approach. Must be problem solver. Proficiency in marketing automation and blogging software would be ideal. Bonus skills: HTML/CSS, Adobe Creative Suite.

The Software Engineer is responsible for working as part of a team to create solutions for our customers in both the error proofing and in-line measurement domains. At Coherix, both microns and microseconds matter requiring our software engineers to create and maintain sophisticated 2D/3D measurement applications which are robust, reliable, and efficient. Coherix’s solutions offer a wide range of challenging opportunities from firmware level code, 3D numerical computing, time critical runtime series, client-server applications, as well as statistical process control reporting and analysis.

Application Engineer

To coordinate the planning, design, and installation of machinery and equipment in an industrial environment, using knowledge of engineering and programming as well as sophisticated instruments and computers.  Develops specifications for equipment as well as performance requirements.  Prepares cost analysis for integrating new machinery and equipment into the manufacturing process.  Writes operating instructions or programs, or uses existing computer programs, applying knowledge of programming to adapt the chosen equipment to the specific job application.  Oversees installation to see that machines and equipment are installed and functioning according to specifications.  Tests to make sure that machinery has the capability to carry out desired functions.  Coordinates with management to ensure that proper training is provided to workers to implement operating procedures, safety protocols, and to avoid system malfunctions.  Sets schedule of procedures and  maintenance tasks as required to maintain equipment in prescribed condition.  Tests alternative techniques and methods; recommends changes in procedures or equipment as necessary.  Participates in training sessions, seminars, and continuing education to stay abreast of new technical developments.  Provides technical information and training to workers in other departments, such as marketing and legal, as well as engineering and production staff.  Support account managers with pricing and proposals.
